Shipping & Delivery
We normally despatch your item on the day on which you place your order or the following working day. If for any reason we're not able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know. If your delivery address is in Rep of Ireland / UK you will normally receive your products within 3 working days of placing your order for items in stock. Deliveries to other countries will take longer.

We collect information from you when, you register on our site, fill out a form, subscribe to our mailing list or place an order on our site.The information we collect via this website may include any personal details you type in and submit, such as your name, address and email address. Your IP address which is logged by our web server and other data which allows us to recognise you and your preferences on our site. This data is collected by cookies which saves re-entering information on each visit to the site. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer by the web browser and contains details shopping cart contents and your user settings.
Returns & Replacements
Should you need to return a product please contact Ezee-fix at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any items. In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse and the parts have not been used. Goods must be returned in their original packing intact. Goods not received back in an acceptable condition may be refused.
We recommend that you use some form of Recorded Postage when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. Please see Customer Services for full contact details.
All payments made through our website will be made using PayPal or Sage Pay, a secure payment service provider. Formally known as Protx. Accepted methods of payment are Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit Mastercard, Solo & Maestro.
All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT and delivery (UK/N.I only).
You may cancel your order with us at any time before the goods are dispatched and any payment made will be refunded, providing the goods have been ordered from stock. Special consignments or pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted.
Send us an email with your order number, name and address. Upon receipt of stock item goods you may return them, at your own cost, within seven working days, unused and in the original packaging unopened. Providing these conditions are met we will refund the cost of the goods via the same method used for the original payment.
Please Note: These conditions do not apply for the return of faulty / damaged goods (see below).
In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours by email or telephone.
Depending upon the extent of the fault / damage, you may be sent a replacement part or you may be asked to return the goods in their original packaging to our address (see Customer Services).
**It is the Customer's responsibility to check all goods for damage and to make a written note of any damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing for acceptance of said goods. Once goods have been signed for the Seller cannot accept any liability for damage since a clean signature invalidates any claim against the carrier.**
