Shipping and Delivery Times
We normally despatch your item on the day on which you place your order or the following working day. If for any reason we're not able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know.
If your delivery address is in Rep of Ireland / UK you will normally receive your products within 3 working days of placing your order for items in stock. Deliveries to other countries will take longer.
Delivery Charges
ALL deliveries to Rep of Ireland are charged at a flat rate of £5 and delivered by Fastway couriers.
UK/N.I - Royal Mail/Courier - FREE Delivery.
Deliveries to European countries are charged at £7.99 per order up to 2 kilos.
Deliveries to the rest of the world are charged at £14.99 per order up to 2 kilos.
Heavier shipments may be more expensive. If that is the case, a Customer Services advisor will contact you before shipping the order. For enquiries, please contact Customer Services.
Our couriers
We use Fastway couriers to deliver your order, but we may use other couriers from time to time. Always include your daytime contact no. this should include your mobile no. if possible. The delivery person will contact you to arrange delivery of your order.

I would like to compliment your company on the excellent service I received this week, having broken the inner glass door on my hotpoint oven at the weekend, I was told by anywhere I rang that I would nt be able to get a replacement glass until after xmas, I rang your company and spoke to John in sales on monday and I had the replacement glass by courier at 10am on tuesday, well done and thank you.
Xmas would have been difficult without an oven.
