I ordered the item on-line yesterday and the new part arrived today.

Good afternoon,
I would like to compliment your company on the excellent service I received this week, having broken the inner glass door on my Hotpoint oven at the weekend, I was told by anywhere I rang that I would not be able to get a replacement glass until after xmas, I rang your company and spoke to John in sales on Monday and I had the replacement glass by courier at 10am on Tuesday, well done and thank you.
Xmas would have been difficult without an oven.
