What information do we share with others?

Ezee-Fix may disclose information held to associated companies and/or third parties for the purposes of administering any extended warranty purchased or to allow them to provide details of any related insurance products or other services which may be of interest. These communications are integral to the extended warranty scheme. We can not process your warranty without this information. In addition, Ezee-Fix may send you details of new products, special offers, Internet developments and other services. If at any point you no longer wish to receive this information simply email us and we'll ensure you don't receive further information.

What information we DO NOT share with others?

We do not use or release any credit card or financial information for any purpose. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server.

How do we use email?

Every email we receive is read by a member of our customer service team, we do not use automatic response software. We will do our best to respond to email as quickly as possible. Ezee-Fix conducts Customer Research to help us offer all customers the service they want. You may be contacted (including by email and telephone) for further details to assist us with this. If you receive an email from us you would rather not receive, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions included in the email.
