Ezee-Fix, the domestic appliance spares specialists, today announced the release of their new website. The website, www.ezee-fix.co.uk, is a complete re-engineer of the orignal site. Ezee-Fix's managing director, Christine Booth said, "We are sure the new site will benefit our customers. It's much clearer, and is stacked with useful information, as well as an extended product range".

Ezee-Fix has split the site into four different "Ezee-Zones". These are the shops where trade and retail visitors can search and buy parts, a chat area where users can leave questions and messages, a trade area of useful information for the trade, and also a press area for the latest company information and press releases.

The website certainly looks very different to the previous one. "We have spent a long time perfecting the brand image and user experience on the site", said Glyn Booth, "It will really help our customers to find parts they want, and answer any questions they may have".

The biggest benefits are for trade customers, companies who hold trade accounts with Ezee-Fix. They get access to a secure site area with information on suggested product ranges, special offers, and information on the industry and changes in products. However, new to the latest site, is secure online ordering for trade customers. It is now possible to log on, with a unique username, and search, browse and buy on the site. It will automatically fill in all names, addresses, and suggest a method of delivery.

However, there are big changes for all visitors. The site is clear to navigate, and finding a part is now quicker than ever. It takes about 3 seconds for the site to search through over 5000 products. You can then click on a product, to get an illustration of the part, and a full description. If it is the required part, clicking the "Add to Basket" button allows the part to be stored. It only takes four screens to buy the part using the secure online ordering facility, and the order is confirmed by email.

Ezee-Fix is committed to servicing any requests. "We hope that everyone will find the site easy to use, but if someone has a question, we're happy for people to phone us or send us an email. We usually answer all email the same day, we feel that's an important part of our service".
