EZEE-FIX IS CERTIFIED a
Which?Webtrader.
Ezee-Fix are pleased to announce
that the Ezee-Fix.co.uk website has been certified as adhering to the
stringent requirements laid down by the Which?Webtrader codes of practice.
This ensures that you are confident that Ezee-Fix has undergone an external
assessment for the rules and processes we have in place.
From the Which? Website.
What the scheme means for consumers.
A UK trader displaying the Which? Web Trader logo on their web site agrees to follow the Which?
Code of Practice. This means you can shop online with confidence. We believe
that online shopping can be both convenient and safe. We have drawn up
a code of practice for online traders to encourage the highest possible
standards and make sure that you are treated fairly. Companies which agree
to keep to our code can display our logo. When a UK company applies to
us for permission to display this mark, they must agree to keep to our
code and they must supply their details and contact information. We then
carry out checks to make sure they are genuine. Once we have accepted
them, we will carry out random checks to make sure they are keeping to
the code. If we receive reports that they are not keeping to our code,
we will investigate and, if this is the case, we will ask the trader to
put things right or remove them from the scheme. If a complaint comes
from a Which? Online subscriber we will provide all necessary legal backup,
if it is needed, using lawyers from the Which? Legal Service. If you are
not a Which? Online subscriber, you can still get help from Which? Legal
Service. Laws which apply to other forms of shopping also apply to online
traders based in the UK. We will do our best, with your help and feedback,
to make sure that the Which? Web Trader code of practice gives online
shoppers the same level of confidence they enjoy elsewhere. The logo does
not imply that we recommend the goods or services offered or the customer
service provided by the trader outside the areas covered by this code.
