Every email we receive is read by a member of our customer service team, we do not use automatic response software. We will do our best to respond to email as quickly as possible. Ezee-Fix conducts Customer Research to help us offer all customers the service they want. You may be contacted (including by email and telephone) for further details to assist us with this.
